Nelis Parts brings distinguished financial leadership and strategic expertise to Kyro CFO, with a proven record of accelerating business growth, optimizing financial performance, and executing complex M&A transactions.
As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Fullstack Academy, Nelis transformed the organization by expanding from 50 to over 300 employees while tripling revenue. He orchestrated two successful M&A transactions, including a sale to a Blackstone portfolio company and to a publicly traded corporation, demonstrating exceptional transaction advisory capabilities. Under his stewardship, the organization achieved profitability through data-driven financial management and operational optimization.
Previously, during his tenure as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Alliant International University, Mr. Parts led financial operations for this Bertelsmann Education Group subsidiary with over $60M annual revenue. He implemented comprehensive financial restructuring initiatives that identified over $5M in cost reductions while streamlining reporting processes and ensuring regulatory compliance across international operations.
Nelis started out his career at Goldman Sachs, where he ranked in the top 10% of the global M&A analyst class, and later Stockbridge Investors at Berkshire Partners.
Mr. Parts holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized on the Director's List, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics.
